WHAT IS STYLE CLUB?

STYLE CLUB is a clothing, beauty, and accessories membership. Your membership includes a monthly delivery, selected for you by your stylist, and based on your own preferences. Each outfit or beauty & accessories delivery you receive will be equal to, or higher in value, than what you pay. That means your personal stylist is completely FREE!

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

To become a member, all you need to do is select what tier membership you would like to join, enter your size, style, and payment details, and you will receive your first outfit delivery soon after! We deliver to New Zealand and Australia on or around the 1st of each month.

HOW DO I PAY MY MEMBERSHIP?

We want to keep life as simple as possible. That's why when you become a member we will debit your membership fee from your preferred credit or debit card to cover your first delivery. Following your first delivery,  we will automatically charge your credit or debit card on the 15th of each month until you decide to pause or cancel. All you have to do is sit back and wait for your STYLE CLUB deliveries to arrive.

WHEN DO I GET CHARGED?

When you join STYLE CLUB, your chosen credit or debit card will be charged with your first month’s membership. After your initial delivery on the 1st of the following month, you will be charged your monthly membership on the 15th of each month following. For example, if you sign up on the 12th June, you will receive your first delivery on the 1st July, and be charged again on the 15th July for a 1st August delivery. You will not be charged twice in any given month unless you specify you would like two deliveries. You are free to pause or cancel at any time.

HOW DO I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Need a break from looking too good? Simply log in to your account to make the changes, or email us with the month you would like to pause, or your request to cancel. You can pause or cancel at any time. If you cancel between the 16th and the 31st of the month, you will receive one final delivery, as it will have already been paid for.  

CAN I PAY AND RECEIVE OUTFITS QUARTERLY?

We do offer quarterly memberships on a case by case basis. If you want to pay quarterly and receive 4 outfit deliveries per year, send us an email and we can arrange that for you.  


DELIVERY

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?

STYLE CLUB stylists like to keep it fresh, so each month you will receive a different season appropriate delivery made up of clothing, shoes and accessories depending on your membership preferences and consultation with your stylist. For the clothing memberships, sometimes you may receive a dress, other times you may receive a top and trousers, or heels, a clutch, and earrings. If surprises are not your thing and you would like to know what you are getting ahead of time, simply email us.

WHEN WILL MY OUTFIT ARRIVE?

Your outfit will arrive on the 1st of the month, or up to a week either side. If we are going to be shipping earlier or later due to holiday timings or high volumes, we will send you an email to let you know. If you need your outfit quickly for a specific event, or simply can't wait until the 1st of the month, send us an email and let us know.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY OUTFIT?

AWKS. If this happens just lodge your return with us within 7 days of receiving your STYLE CLUB delivery. We offer easy returns and exchanges for our customers. Returns and exchanges are at your own cost. We encourage you to get in touch if you are not happy for any reason,  because we want to make sure that you love every single outfit we send you.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T FIT?

We all have different body types, and sometimes a particular brand or style is just not right!  Please lodge your return with us within 7 days of receiving the item in question, and we will provide instructions for your return and new size delivery. If we do not have your size available we will replace it with an equivalent item upon consultation with you.

I DON'T KNOW MY SIZES, HELP!

The best way to check your sizes is via your current clothes. Look at the sizes on the clothes that fit you best. Alternatively, you can email us and a stylist will assist you with your measurements.  Our international brands can sometimes run smaller than NZ sizing, so if you are in-between sizes, we suggest selecting the bigger size.


DELIVERY

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For New Zealand customers, shipping is FREE. For Australian customers, shipping is $20 per delivery. Once your outfit has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link so you can keep an eye on it's progress.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver in New Zealand and Australia, to your preferred home or business address, via tracked courier.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS

Simply log in to your account to update your address details, or email us and we can do it for you! Address changes must be made before the 20th of the month to take effect on your next delivery.

MY OUTFIT HAS NOT ARRIVED

Don't panic. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email for each delivery with details of your tracking number, and you can also find your tracking number within your account portal. If you have misplaced your tracking number, or it does not work, bang us an email. If your outfit has not arrived within 5 working days of receiving your tracking number, please let us know.​ 

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

We ship from within New Zealand, so New Zealand customers will never have to pay customs fees. Australian customs have a $1000AUD import limit before charging customs fees, so unless you are importing many parcels at one time, it's unlikely you will be charged customs fees.


RETURNS

I DON'T LIKE MY OUTFIT, CAN I RETURN IT?

Sometimes things just aren't right. You can choose to return and exchange for a new outfit, or return for a full refund. Simply lodge your return with us within 7 days of receiving your STYLE CLUB delivery. 

ONE OF MY ITEMS DOESN'T FIT, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

Of course! You can choose to return and exchange for a new outfit, or return for a full refund. Simply lodge your return with us within 7 days of receiving your STYLE CLUB delivery.  If we do not have your size available we will replace it with an equivalent item.​​


REFERRAL, GIFTS AND UPGRADES

CAN I REFER A FRIEND?

We encourage it. So much so, that when you refer a friend, we will give you $10 off your next month's membership. Simply email us to let us know who you referred, and receive your $10 discount as soon as we have verified their membership is legit. Don't worry, you won't receive the same items!

CAN I BUY A STYLE CLUB MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT?

TOTES! Simply select 'Give as a Gift' from the home page, or check the 'This is a Gift' box at checkout, if you know her size and style preferences. A gift is automatically a one-time purchase. If you want to gift an ongoing membership, simply check 'Automatically renew this subscription' under the giftees details. You can also purchase a STYLE CLUB gift card for your preferred amount.

CAN I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP TIER?

You can change what membership tier you are on at any time. Simply log in to your account, or email us, to change your preferences. If you update your preferences before your billing anniversary, the changes will take effect for your next delivery.

CAN I PURCHASE A ONE OFF DELIVERY?

Of course! Simply select 'This is a Gift' at checkout to automatically purchase a one-time only delivery. Treat yo-self.

I'M NOT FROM NZ, CAN I BECOME A STYLE CLUB MEMBER?

At this stage, STYLE CLUB delivers to New Zealand and Australian addresses. If you are from outside of NZ or AUS, please email us with your interest, so we can keep you up to date with our plans to start accepting memberships in your country.

DOES STYLE CLUB HAVE A MALE MEMBERSHIP OPTION?
